Our Mission:
New Energy Group S.A. (“New Energy” or the “Company”) has hired Southern Cone Partners (“SCP”) to act as sole financial advisor in its formal search process for investors to explore strategic alternatives around the Company’s ~139,000-hectare investment located in Guayatayoc, within the province of Jujuy (the “Mining Assets”) • The Mining Assets consists of an advanced exploration lithium project (the “Lithium Project”), along with other identified targets that exhibit strong base, precious metal and rare earth resource potential • Following the signing of an NDA, prospective investors will be invited to access to a virtual data room (“VDR”) including detailed additional information of the Mining Assets • A process letter, including the process timeline and guidelines to submit a binding offer, will be duly shared with prospective bidders
Our Expertise:
The Company’s focus is to divest its participation in the Mining Assets, being the Lithium Project the most advanced property and other complementary areas (the “Transaction”) • Prospective investors will need to demonstrate financial capacity and ability to consummate the Transaction as expeditiously as possible
